BRIEF
In collaboration with Holcim / Aggregate Industries, I was tasked with designing and producing a full suite of promotional materials for a series of Pride events, most notably Leicester Pride, where the company was one of the title sponsors.
The goal was to maximise the brand’s visibility at the event while authentically communicating Holcim’s support for diversity, inclusion, and the LGBTQ+ community. A key focus was promoting their internal High Viz network—an initiative supporting inclusion in all its forms across the organisation.
Holcim / Aggregate Industries chose to sponsor Pride events as a tangible demonstration of their commitment to equality and belonging, using these platforms to reinforce their values both internally and externally.
SOLUTION
To meet the brief, I developed a bold and cohesive visual identity for the campaign, which was applied across a wide range of materials, including:
• Large-scale event banners
• Feather flags
• Selfie board
• Branded flags for parade visibility
• Custom-designed promotional items (e.g., T-shirts, face paints, colouring books and stickers)
The design approach embraced vibrant Pride colours, inclusive messaging, and high-impact visuals to ensure the brand’s presence was both welcoming and unmistakably supportive. Every element was carefully crafted to align with Pride aesthetics while staying true to Holcim’s brand identity.
