Holcim UK - Above & Beyond Awards, scratch cards.
I designed and produced an interactive scratch-panel greeting card for Holcim's Above & Beyond Rewards Programme, creating a unique employee engagement experience that also combined personalised print as well as digital reward redemption.
Each greeting card featured a concealed unique code beneath a scratch panel, allowing employees to reveal and redeem their rewards through the company's HR portal. The project transformed a traditional employee recognition initiative into an engaging and memorable brand experience.
From creative concept and artwork design to print production and variable data implementation. Additionally the campaign seamlessly connected physical and digital touchpoints to encourage participation and celebrate employee achievements.
